Crit Lab provides professional travel photography services in Kyoto and Osaka, Japan. The specific details of each session — including duration, number of locations, and deliverables — are determined by the package selected at the time of booking.

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to photographer availability.
A booking is confirmed only after written confirmation from Crit Lab.
Payment terms and methods will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
Prices listed on this website are starting prices and may vary depending on specific requirements.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the session date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the session may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling requests are accommodated subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
In the event of extreme weather or unavoidable circumstances, Crit Lab reserves the right to reschedule the session at no additional charge.

5. Photo Delivery

Edited photos will be delivered via a private online gallery within the timeframe specified in your package.
The number of delivered photos is an estimate and may vary depending on the session.
Raw (unedited) files are not included or provided.

6. Usage Rights

All photos taken by Crit Lab remain the intellectual property of Crit Lab. Clients are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use, print, and share the delivered photos.

Crit Lab reserves the right to use session photos for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing prior to the session.

7. Liability

Crit Lab is not responsible for losses or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, or restricted access to locations.

Clients are responsible for their own safety and the safety of any minors in their group during the session.
