Prices vary by session package. Starting prices are listed on the pricing page.
All prices are in Japanese Yen (JPY) and include consumption tax where applicable.

Additional Fees

No hidden fees. Transportation costs for locations requiring significant travel may be discussed and agreed upon separately prior to booking.

Payment Method

Payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
Accepted methods include bank transfer and other methods as agreed.

Payment Timing

Payment is due prior to or on the day of the session, as specified at the time of booking confirmation.

Service Delivery

Edited photos will be delivered via a private online gallery within the timeframe specified in your package (typically within 24–72 hours after the session).

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 3 or more days before the scheduled start time: no cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made 1 day before the scheduled start time: 70% cancellation fee.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% cancellation fee.
• Rescheduling requests are accepted up to 3 days before the scheduled start time, subject to availability.
• Date or time changes requested less than 3 days before the session cannot be guaranteed.
• In the event of bad weather or on-site conditions, we may arrange an alternative or request rescheduling.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued in accordance with the cancellation policy above. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or same-day cancellations.

Operating Environment

Sessions take place outdoors at agreed-upon locations in Kyoto and/or Osaka, Japan. Photos are delivered digitally via an online gallery.
